At Flycodesk.com, we want you to book with confidence knowing you've secured a competitive price.

If you find a lower all-inclusive price (including taxes and fees) for the exact same flight itinerary offered and available for booking on a major Online Travel Agency (OTA) competitor within 24 hours of booking with Flycodesk.com, we will match the price difference.

If you prefer, we will cancel your booking and issue a full refund.

What Does “Same Itinerary” Mean?

To qualify for a Price Match claim, every element of the itinerary must match exactly:

  • Airline(s)
  • Flight number(s)
  • Origin and destination
  • Connection airports (if any)
  • Travel dates and departure/arrival times
  • Number of passengers
  • Cabin class / seat type

All details must be identical to your Flycodesk.com booking.

What Does “Offered and Available for Booking” Mean?

The lower fare must:

  • Be publicly available on a major OTA competitor's website
  • Be accessible for immediate booking by the general public
  • Be available at the time you contact us
  • Be verifiable in real time by our customer support team

If the fare cannot be verified during review, the claim may be denied.

How to Submit a Price Match Claim

To request a Price Match, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of completing your booking.
  2. Provide your Flycodesk.com booking reference number.
  3. Submit complete details of the lower-priced itinerary, including:
    • Airline name(s) and flight number(s)
    • Full itinerary (dates, times, route)
    • Number of passengers
    • Cabin class / seat type
    • A direct URL and/or screenshot clearly showing the lower fare

After Verification

If your claim is verified, you may choose to:

  • Keep your existing booking and receive a refund of the price difference, or
  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

When We May Deny a Claim

Flycodesk.com reserves the right to deny claims if:

  • The lower fare cannot be verified
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information is provided
  • The competing itinerary becomes unavailable during verification
  • The itinerary does not match exactly

Exceptions

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Negotiated, corporate, or membership program fares
  • Group, charter, consolidator, meeting, incentive, or convention fares
  • Military, student, or government fares
  • Bulk fares or vacation package fares
  • Fares offered with coupon codes or private promotions
  • Opaque bookings (where airline details are hidden until after purchase)
  • Auction or bidding websites
  • Pricing errors or obvious mispricing
  • Low-cost carrier fares
  • Web-only exclusive fares
