Cancellations and Refunds

Please note that any bookings or travel services purchased through Flycodesk.com are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of booking.

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must contact our Customer Support Team:

If your booking qualifies for a refundable cancellation, it will be subject to:

  • Administrative cancellation fees
  • Post-ticketing service fees
  • Airline or travel supplier penalties
  • Additional charges imposed by airlines or other travel service providers

Refund Processing

All refund requests are strictly subject to the rules, fare conditions, and policies of the airline or travel supplier.

We can only process your refund after:

  • 1. The airline or supplier approves the refund.
  • 2. The refund amount is received by us from the supplier.

Once your cancellation request is initiated, we will send you an email confirmation stating that your request is in progress.

Please note:

  • Our service fee applied at the time of booking is non-refundable.
  • Only the balance amount (after deductions) will be refunded.
  • As a travel agency, we rely on third-party suppliers for refund approvals and processing.

The entire refund process may take 60-90 days from the date we receive your cancellation request, depending on supplier timelines and banking procedures.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Fare Differences & Additional Charges

You may incur additional fees or fare differences imposed by airlines or suppliers.

Once a booking is confirmed:

  • Name changes are not permitted.
  • Any corrections or modifications may result in additional charges.
  • You are responsible for verifying all passenger names and details before confirming your booking.

Contact Center Booking Service Fee

If you make a reservation through our customer support center (including multi-city, complex, or roundtrip bookings), a service fee may apply.

This service fee may range from $10 to $200 per passenger, depending on the complexity of the booking.

Important Notice:

The service fee is included in the final quoted price. You are required to pay the total final amount displayed at checkout, regardless of internal service fee adjustments.

Please carefully review the total booking amount before confirming your reservation.

Payment & International Transaction Fees

Some credit card providers charge an additional fee for international transactions.

This fee:

  • Is determined by your credit card company.
  • May result in a slight difference between the booking amount and the amount shown on your credit card statement.
  • Is based on exchange rates and international processing charges set by your bank.

Flycodesk.com does not control exchange rates or international transaction fees and is not responsible for such charges. For clarification, please contact your credit card provider directly.

Special Requests (Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer)

Any request for:

  • Special meals

Is considered a request only.

We cannot guarantee:

  • Specific seat assignments
  • Meal preferences
  • Frequent flyer mileage credits
  • Special accommodations

Airlines retain full control over such services and may change seat assignments without prior notice.

Suitability of Travel Services

We do not guarantee that any travel service listed on our website is suitable for your specific needs. Any risks associated with travel services remain the responsibility of the traveler.

Unaccompanied Minors

Reservations for unaccompanied minors are not permitted through Flycodesk.com.

A minor is defined as an individual under the age of 16.

Airlines have varying policies regarding unaccompanied minors, including:

  • Restrictions on solo travel
  • Non-stop flight requirements
  • Additional check-in fees

Credit Card Chargebacks

If you have concerns regarding a charge on your credit card, we strongly encourage you to contact Flycodesk.com first before filing a dispute with your credit card company.

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:

  • We may investigate the claim using call recordings and booking documentation.
  • Incorrect or fraudulent chargebacks may result in recovery actions for associated costs.

All promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are non-refundable and not applicable under cancellation policies.
